Kahani Keepers is a project where we turn the anecdotes of senior citizens in our lives into written memoirs — their kahanis, your family keepsake.
Limited projects accepted each quarter
We facilitate deep, framework-led conversations that turn the senior participant's memories into a premium family heirloom.
They have something meaningful and intellectually stimulating to look forward to every week while the project is on.
A premium, illustrated hardcover book for your family bookshelf — not a digital folder of photos and voice notes that never gets opened.
You select the themes that matter most — from a library of curated topics — and our facilitators weave them into a cohesive, personal narrative arc.
From the first conversation to the moment the book arrives at your door, every step is handled by our team.
You and your parents/aunts/uncles/family friends/relatives choose the 8 chapters from our topic library. We brief the facilitator, build the question arc, and email a set of prompts.
The interviewer meets your parents virtually for guided conversations that last 45–60 minutes. Between weekly sessions, we send follow-ups and more trigger prompts.
Our editorial team transforms the transcripts into polished, readable prose. Your family reviews the draft chapters and approves the final narrative before print.
Two copies of the hardcover book and a digital edition are delivered (in India, for now). Your family's story, held in your hands.
